Once the initial meeting has been completed an offer will be sent to you and upon agreement a contract will be signed by both partners outlining the project and the cost.

During the project, regular updates will be given as and when required. We also utilise strict quality controls for all our translations to ensure that the best possible translation is achieved and to avoid mistakes.

Upon our completion of the project you will receive a copy of the English translation in the desired format, should there be any adjustments required they will be replied to within 24hrs of being received.
