Through network contacts, Svengelska Consulting was asked to assist with recruitment of personnel to a high profile retail organisation based in the centre of Stockholm.
The challenge here was to conduct the entire process by keeping a low profile and any competitors were not to be made aware of this recruitment, so only network contacts could be used.
After understanding the requirements, Svengelska Consulting succeeded in the whole selection, interviewing and final recruitment as required. The organisation expressed their gratitude by confirming that they would utilise Svengelska Consulting for all future recruitment needs of a likewise process.

A well know retail organisation based in Stockholm asked for our assistance to recruit for a new position.
Our initial meeting with the HR Manager was to discuss time frames, budgets and create a profile of the person that was required. The challenge with this recruitment was to conduct the whole process in the strictest of confidence as not to give rival companies knowledge of this. Search and selection was therefore a very important part of this assignment, where we utilised all of our network contacts and connections to locate potential candidates.
We then assisted in the entire recruitment process from first round interviews to final interviews and reference taking.
